In 2017, a secret government  organization called organism mutation agency, or OMA, did some real shady projects. They were did the experiments on 4 selected teenagers, so they can create new weapons for military reasons. The results came cane back with tremendous results. The human DNA & animal DNA combined and created hybrids. The 4 chosen animal DNA for the experiments were a wolf, Dragon, eagle, and a bear.
